More Than After-School Care
At LEAP HTX, every afternoon is designed with purpose at Field Elementary. We believe the hours after school should be just as meaningful as the school day itself. In our program, children receive homework support, enjoy active play, discover new interests through enrichment, and build lasting friendships in a safe, welcoming environment at Field Elementary.
Whether they're creating art, learning new skills, playing outside, or discovering something they've never tried before, every child has opportunities to grow.
An Afternoon at LEAP HTX
Arrival & Snack
Children check in, connect with friends, and enjoy an afternoon snack before activities begin.
Homework Support
Dedicated homework time allows students to complete assignments with guidance from our staff.
Outdoor Play & Movement
Daily outdoor time gives students opportunities to play, move, and recharge after the school day.
Enrichment Activities
Students participate in engaging enrichment experiences that encourage creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and exploration.

We provide the ideal setting for children to explore new interests, complete their homework, and participate in enriching classes while parents finish their workday. LEAP HTX operates out of Field Elementary School, Monday through Friday during the school year, with hours from 3pm to 6pm, aligned with the Houston ISD calendar.

Jessica Nieto is the Founder and Director of LEAP HTX.
With more than 20 years of experience in youth programming, arts education, and operations, Jessica has dedicated her career to creating enriching experiences that help children thrive.
As both a Field Elementary parent and education advocate, she understands the importance of providing families with high-quality after-school care that is safe, engaging, and centered on each child's growth.
Her vision for LEAP is simple: create a place where children feel welcomed, inspired, and excited to learn every day after school.
